We’re running it back for our next moCa Moves with GrooveRyde and cycle instructor Charles Donaldson Jr. — and this time, we’re turning up the energy with a Beyoncé-themed ride you won’t forget.

Join us for a 50-minute indoor cycling session where you’ll spin to the beat of Queen Bey’s biggest hits. Led by Charles, one of GrooveRyde’s most dynamic instructors, this all-levels ride is designed to challenge, motivate, and inspire—whether you’re a first-time rider or a seasoned pro. Modifications will be provided throughout, keeping the class accessible to everyone.

Bring your sneakers or SPD cycling shoes, a towel, and hydration—we’ll bring the beats, the lights, and the vibes.

This program is inspired by our current exhibition by Maggie Menghan Chen, whose work incorporates dance and music elements from Zumba, hip hop, krump, vogue, and ultimately metal to offer an outlet for the pent-up energy of an international community in isolation.
