The final weekend of this award-winning play represents the first collaboration between MOCA Cleveland and Dobama Theater. When John takes a break from his boyfriend, he accidentally meets the girl of his dreams. Filled with guilt, confusion, and indecision, he decides there is only one way to straighten things out. Stripping drama down to its essential language only, British playwright Mike Bartlett’s punchy drama takes a playful, candid look at sexuality and the difficulties that arise when you realize you may have a choice of who you love.

About the play, Variety Magazine’s David Benedict writes: “Terse, bold, blunt, emblematic of masculinity and, above all, sex, the word “cock” is also a British slang abbreviation for “cock and bull story,” as in a succession of lies. Part of the excitement of Mike Bartlett's riveting new play is that it delivers on every one of those connotations.”

The play is directed by Corey Atkins, Associate Producer at the Cleveland Play House, and features Andrew Gombas, Bob Keefe, Lara Knox*, and Drew Kopas*.
