Founded as The New Gallery in 1968; known as the Cleveland Center
for Contemporary Art since 1984; and most recently named the Museum
of Contemporary Art Cleveland in 2002, MOCA continues to evolve in
exciting new ways while producing original, compelling exhibitions
that fuel its reputation as a visionary leader. In addition to featuring
the work of national and international artists, MOCA consistently
showcases established and emerging artists living in the Cleveland
area through continuing exhibition programs like the
PULSE Series and the Wendy L. Moore
Emerging Artist Series.
Unsolicited Artist or Gallery Submissions
Only artists living within Cuyahoga and its seven contiguous counties
may submit unsolicited materials to MOCA for review. Artists working
outside of this region may send announcement cards or news releases
about upcoming exhibitions, but MOCA will not consider their unsolicited
submissions for an exhibition. Such materials will not be returned.
MOCA Cleveland is a non-collecting arts institution.
